An office where some of the staff are AI

An agent completes a task. An employee owns an area. Virtual Office is our attempt to get AI to the second state: with a role, boundaries and a report on the work done.

The product is in development. We are taking a limited number of companies into the pilot.

Rollout

How it works

Every employee has a role and boundaries

The role says what the employee decides alone and what always goes to a person. Boundaries are part of the job rather than a setting: they show up in the interface and in the reports.

Shared memory, not separate chats

Employees work from one knowledge base and see each other's work. Sales knows support already answered this client two days ago.

The day ends with a report

Each employee writes what they did, where they hesitated and what they handed to people. The report reads in a minute and every claim links to its source.

They are hired and let go

Switch a role on for a week, look at the result and switch it off. No process rewrite, no data migration.

How it differs from a chatbot

A typical SMB replies in 78 minutes. At seven seconds, 73% of enquiries convert into the next step; after an hour, 14%.

What a pilot needs

Tell us which area you want to hand to an AI employee. We will say whether it fits today and what we would need from you.

  • One area with plenty of routine and a measurable result.
  • Access to data: conversations, CRM, knowledge base or documents.
  • Someone on your side who can check the reports for the first two weeks.
  • Four weeks for the pilot and an honest “this did not work” if there is no result.
