MoonAI 2.0

The center that answers “what now”

The center pulls data out of your systems, keeps it consistent and backs every conclusion with a link to the deal or the conversation. The AI agents inside it take the routine.

MoonAI 2.0

Six sections, six questions

A founder opens the CRM, sees forty charts and closes it again. The data is there and the decision is still a guess.

On fire

Stalled deals, silent conversations, unpaid invoices and overdue tasks on one screen, sorted by money rather than by date.

Deals

A card that holds everything about the client: conversations from every channel, payments, documents, tasks and the agent's history.

Tasks

Tasks come out of conversations and agent findings instead of being typed in. Each one shows where it came from and how it ended.

Conversations

WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and the website in one window. Search by meaning, not by keyword: “who asked about instalments”.

Analytics

Funnel, sources, money by day, manager performance. Any number opens up into the list of deals it came from.

Agents

What the agents did today, where they hesitated, what they escalated. Answer quality in numbers rather than by feel.

What is inside

Agents inside the center

Agents do not replace the team. They hold the first line and take away everything that does not need a decision.

Replies to clients

In messengers and on the site, around the clock, in the client's language, with voice and images.

Qualifies leads

Asks the right questions, fills in CRM fields and moves the deal to the correct stage.

Books meetings

Checks calendar slots, books, reminds and reschedules.

Carries deals to payment

Issues an invoice — through Kaspi, for instance — right inside the chat and follows the money.

Reviews conversations

Rereads the day's chats at night and brings a list of reasons clients walked away.

Writes the digest

A short morning message in Telegram: what changed and what to look at today.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

AI agents reply to clients, qualify leads, book meetings, issue invoices and carry deals through to payment.

Running with clients

What it connects to

We plug into what you already run. If a system is not on the list, we read its API and write a connector.

Rollout

A center in two to four weeks

Two days

We map the process

We look at how a lead travels today: where it comes from, who picks it up, where it waits, where it dies.

Three days

We connect the sources

CRM, messengers, telephony, payments. Data starts flowing into one loop and reconciling against itself.

Ten days

We train the agents

An agent learns from your conversations and knowledge base. First it suggests replies, then it works on its own.

Three days

We hand it to the team

We train managers and leads, leave documentation and keep improving the center on your feedback.

Company

Access and data

Every agent conclusion in our interface opens down to the source: the deal, the conversation, the payment. Without that you are left with faith, and faith works poorly in business.

  • Role-based access: a manager sees their deals, a lead sees everything.
  • Audit trail: who changed a deal and when, a person or an agent.
  • Data in our European environment or in a separate instance on your side.
  • A full export of your database on request, with no lock-in.

Questions

The short answers

Do we have to replace our CRM?

No. The command center runs on top of what you already have and reads data through APIs. We have connected U-ON, amoCRM, Bitrix24, in-house PostgreSQL databases and 1C exports.

How long does rollout take?

Two weeks for a basic loop with one CRM and messengers, up to six weeks when there are many integrations and agents need training on a long conversation history.

Can an agent get it wrong and send a client nonsense?

It can, which is why we measure accuracy and hold it at 98.8% in real cases. For the first weeks an agent only suggests: it drafts the reply and a manager approves it. It goes autonomous on the topics where it has shown steady results.

Where is our data stored?

By default in our environment in Europe, with backups. If you need data kept inside Kazakhstan or on your own servers, we deploy a separate instance.

How is this different from MoonAI 1.0 on mooonai.com?

1.0 is a platform where you build an agent for messenger conversations yourself. 2.0 is a command center that sees the whole business — deals, money, tasks and team performance — and agents are one of the tools inside it.

What does it cost?

Price depends on the number of data sources, conversation volume and how much work the agents take on. After the first call we send a quote for your setup. A short brief is usually enough: industry, channels, monthly lead volume.

Send the basics — industry, channels, CRM, lead volume. We come back with a rollout plan and a quote.
