How long does launching an AI agent take?

The first agents work within days, and running live traffic in one channel usually takes two weeks. The schedule is: a day to look at your CRM, two or three days to read your conversations, three to five days to connect the data, then live enquiries.

What should we prepare before starting?

One owner with authority to decide, an export of two or three months of conversations, read access to the CRM with a list of active robots, a source of prices and stock, a clear stage vocabulary, and the metric we will judge the result by.

Why does a rollout take three months for some companies?

Almost never because of technology. The main reasons: no single owner, slow access grants, stages in the CRM named inconsistently, old robots living in the account, and half the process not being described in the system at all.

Can we launch without exporting conversations?

You can, and it will launch faster. But then it has to be trained on the product description, which produces answers that read well and help nobody. The gap between the market's 85-90% accuracy and our 98.8% comes precisely from training on real dialogue.

How many channels should we switch on at once?

One. Two weeks, one clear metric, then the rest. At Hyundai the pilot started with Instagram DMs and became a twelve-month contract once the numbers appeared. Switching everything on at once means never learning what actually worked.
